Our client is a well-established and growing specialist healthcare organisation operating within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced QA Officer to join their Quality team.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated environment, who enjoys working across quality systems and operational teams.
Working closely with the wider Operations, Warehouse, and Quality teams, you will help ensure that products and processes meet the required regulatory and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System.
- Maintaining and reviewing SOPs and controlled documentation.
- Supporting GDP/GMP compliance across the business.
- Investigating deviations, quality incidents, and temperature excursions.
- Supporting CAPA and change control activities.
- Assisting with internal and external audits.
- Supporting customer and supplier qualification.
- Assisting with complaints and product recall processes.
- Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
- Supporting the management of training records and quality-related training.
- Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure GDP compliance.
- Supporting continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Assisting senior QA/Responsible Person personnel with regulatory and compliance activities.

We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated environment.
- Ideally pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, biotech, or similar experience.
- Good knowledge of GDP and/or GMP.
- Experience working with SOPs and quality management systems.
- Understanding of deviations, CAPA, change control, and/or audit processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The confidence to work across multiple departments.
