We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Systems Technologist to join our Technical team on a maternity cover contract, supporting our growing UK blended powder manufacturing site in Leek.
This is a great opportunity to step into a role with genuine ownership across:
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Finished Product Specifications
- Customer Technical Documentation
- Complaints & Supplier Non-Conformances
- Document & Change Control
- BRCGS & Audit Support
- Quality KPIs & Continuous Improvement

You’ll work across Technical, Operations, NPD, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Services, helping ensure our products, systems, and documentation are always accurate, compliant, and customer-ready.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Food manufacturing QA/Technical experience
- QMS & document control experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving approach
- HACCP / Food Safety / Internal Auditor knowledge (desirable)
- Powder, dry blending, or food ingredients experience (a big plus)
