Who we are
Grant Thornton’s Agile Talent Community is a network of contract professionals, giving you the opportunity to work with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis whilst being supported by our dedicated Agile Talent team.
Joining us in Forensics
Grant Thornton’s Financial Crime & Investigations (FCI) is the first port of call for an increasing number of firms in the UK market when grappling with financial crime prevention, incident response, investigation and remediation.
Joining us as Team Lead & QA – Know Your Assets (KYA) in Forensics, you will initially work on a project delivering BAU and remedial KYA due diligence services for a large asset manager.
Once this project is completed, you will have the freedom to continue working with us on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time within Forensics, and can support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.
We’re looking for Team Leads to oversee the delivery of KYA due diligence. The role combines people leadership, stakeholder engagement and technical oversight of complex due diligence activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
