The Quality Assurance Tester is a full-time, on-site role based in Barking. This role involves:
- Designing, executing, and documenting test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and reliability of Creator ID’s platform and related features.
- Performing manual testing across web and mobile environments.
- Identifying defects and collaborating with product, development, and design teams to ensure issues are resolved and quality standards are met.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Reviewing requirements.
- Preparing test plans.
- Running test cycles.
- Analyzing results.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong Quality Assurance and Manual Testing skills.
- Test Execution and Test Cases design and management skills.
- Solid Analytical Skills for identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects.
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing, especially for web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with basic testing tools, issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira), and test management software.
- Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
- Prior experience in SaaS, marketing tech, or creator-focused platforms is an advantage.
- Relevant certification or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
