Role & Company Overview
Our client, a leading SaaS company, are looking for a QA Tester. You will analyse requirements, define test cases and acceptance criteria, and develop test plans and test reports in line with established QA standards and best practices. You will design, execute and maintain both manual and automated testing activities using appropriate testing tools and technologies, supporting efficient regression testing and quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements, user stories and solution designs to ensure they are clear, testable and aligned to customer outcomes.
- Execute functional, regression, integration and non-functional testing activities across customer solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain automated testing assets using approved automation tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers and customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify quality risks, gaps and issues early within the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of QA standards, templates, tooling and best practices.

Requirements
- Experience planning, designing and executing manual testing activities.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated tests using modern test automation tools and frameworks.
- Ability to understand business requirements, user journeys and process flows.
- Experience testing APIs, integrations and complex system interactions.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams using Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to identify priorities, quality risks, defects and dependencies.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid/remote working model. There is a minimum requirement to attend the Bedford office one day per month, with the flexibility to come into the office more frequently if preferred.
