Quality Auditor - Bedford Bakery
We have an exciting vacancy in our Bedford bakery for a Quality Auditor. Reporting to the QA Supervisor, this role is responsible for auditing and promoting compliance with quality and food safety procedures, providing support and guidance to the operational teams where required and ensuring standards are in line with business needs and customer requirements.

- Working with testing schedule, collecting, and logging samples to the lab. Saving analysis certificates. Taking actions when out-of-spec results.
- Setting up shelf-life testing and taste panels.
- Investigations when finished product is not complying with our standards.
- Supporting shift QAs. Covering shift QA tasks on their absences.
You Are
- Diligent with excellent attention to detail
- A competent user of IT software including Outlook and MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A good communicator with strong oral and written communication abilities
- Working knowledge of HACCP, BRC standards, and Food Legislation desirable

Green Shift Pattern Overview
In our 24/7 operation, the Quality Auditor role is available on the Green Shift. This means you will be working 12-hour shifts, alternating between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
Your Working Days Will Follow This Rotation
- Week 1 & 3: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (4 days on, 3 days off).
- Week 2 & 4: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (3 days on, 4 days off).
