Drive Manufacturing Excellence
Are you passionate about quality, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement?
We're partnering with a successful engineering manufacturer looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead quality systems, improve manufacturing performance, and drive operational excellence.
You'll take ownership of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, champion Lean initiatives, reduce waste, improve supplier quality, and work alongside senior leadership to deliver measurable business improvements.
You'll bring:
- Manufacturing quality management experience
- ISO 9001 expertise
- Lead Auditor qualification
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement experience
- Strong problem-solving skills (8D, DMAIC, A3)
- Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree)
