Quality Co-ordinator UK

About TMC

Telemedicine Clinic (TMC), part of Unilabs since 2017, is a European leader in teleradiology and advanced diagnostics. We support more than 130 radiology departments across the UK, Sweden, Denmark and Norway, with 300+ specialised radiologists reporting over 800,000 cases annually. Our mission is to improve patient care through high-quality, timely radiology reporting and operational excellence.

We combine the professionalism of a healthcare organisation with the agility of a tech-enabled services provider. TMC is a diverse, international and values-driven organisation built on collaboration, innovation, care and integrity.

The Role

As a Quality Co-ordinator, you will support the Quality Manager and wider TMC Quality Team in monitoring and improving quality across the UK entity.

Your focus will include clinical governance, incident and complaint management, audits, risk management and continuous improvement.

You will bring strong clinical governance experience and a healthcare background. Radiology experience is preferred, particularly for supporting medical complaint investigations. Clinical registration is desirable but not essential.

The role is based on a 40-hour working week, with 7.5 hours working days, typically between 09:00 and 17:00, although some flexibility may be required to meet business needs.

We offer a hybrid working model with regular travel to the Reading office and occasional travel within the UK and internationally, including the Barcelona office. You will work across TMC departments and entities, report to the Quality Manager and deputise when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
