Job Details:
- Location: Inpost Venture Crescent, Nixs Hill Industrial Estate, Somercotes, Alfreton DE55 7RA
- Shift Pattern: 5 over 7
- Hours: 07.00am - 15.30pm
- Salary: £29500 p/a
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the Charge on Quality and Compliance: Be the driving force behind maintaining and elevating operational standards across the depot, ensuring that everything runs at its best every single day.
- Solve Problems & Drive Solutions: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to spot areas of non-compliance and work hand-in-hand with the team to solve them before they become an issue.
- Champion a Customer-First Culture: Help build a depot environment that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do – because when we deliver for our customers, we succeed as a team!
- Ensure Compliance Across the Board: Take the lead in monitoring all areas of depot administration compliance, from Health & Safety to HR, Transport, ISO, Audits, and Environmental standards.
- Innovate & Recommend: Work with Depot Management to create and implement new processes that will elevate the business and help us hit company targets, particularly for H&S, Quality, and Transport.
- Coach & Empower Your Team: Be the go-to mentor, providing staff with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed and maintain the highest compliance standards.
- Lead Meaningful Meetings: Lead and attend key meetings, both onsite and offsite, ensuring all actions are followed up and the team remains accountable.
- Make an Impact: Be part of the decision-making process and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and driving accountability to keep the business on track and in compliance.
