Our Mission

Our mission is driven by compassion. Through our exceptional team, we provide high-quality, professional care that enables older people across rural Devon to remain independent, living safely in their own homes and connected to the communities they know and love.

Founded in 2021, Care With Kindness is a socially driven organisation that is on a journey to becoming employee-owned so that it can support all its staff to provide exceptional care across its community for generations to come. It has an exceptional reputation for providing excellent care and supporting its carers.

Overview

At Care With Kindness, we are looking for an energetic and driven Quality and Compliance Manager to help us continue our successful growth across the rural areas of East and Mid Devon. The preferred candidate will have extensive experience in domiciliary care and have a clear understanding on the governance and compliance standards required by outstanding providers.

Reporting to the Director of Care With Kindness, this role will lead and continuously improve the organisation's quality, governance and compliance framework so that Care With Kindness consistently meets CQC, Devon County Council and contractual requirements while improving outcomes for the people we support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
