You will be working in the Infrastructure OU based in Peterborough where we have a role in the @one Alliance. We’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England — safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We Are Looking For A Quality Compliance Manager
As The Quality Compliance Manager, You Will
- Lead by example, demonstrating our values, integrity, and professionalism while building trust through openness, collaboration, and respect.
- Assure that products built on-site or at supply chain premises are delivered to the required design and standard by carrying out pre-delivery quality inspections and witness testing as identified in the project plan.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of budgets, contracts, and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with commercial policies and ethical standards.
- Escalate concerns and agree remedial actions with project delivery teams, recording lessons learnt and rework within M2i.
- Owns personal development and supports others’ growth, helping identify strengths, development needs, and career aspirations while engaging in learning opportunities in other areas of the business.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety (H&S), ensuring consistent H&S standards are maintained.
- Actively participate in the @one Alliance Quality Community to drive best practice and improvement of the quality process.

We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is standard.
- Experience of Auditing.
- Relevant Construction Industry experience.
- Detailed knowledge of ISO9001.
- CQI Chartered Member or working towards Chartership.
- Knowledge of UK and international regulations (CDM, Building Regulations, environmental and safety standards).
