Are you passionate about improving adult social care services? As a Quality and Contracts Officer within the Provider Support Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that care providers meet high standards of quality and compliance. You will work closely with providers to support improvements and monitor performance, making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
In This Exciting Role, You Will
- Monitor provider performance and compliance with contracts and regulations.
- Support care providers in areas needing improvement to avoid escalation.
- Develop and maintain effective systems for quality assurance and contract compliance.
- Report on findings and performance to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with service providers and stakeholders to foster collaboration.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- A strong understanding of adult social care legislation and CQC standards.
- Experience in quality assurance, audits, and compliance frameworks.
- The ability to produce clear quantitative and qualitative reports.
- A relevant qualification in social care or a related field
