Quality Control and Customer Service Administrator
Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire, SL0 9ND
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
Contract: Full time, permanent
About the Role
Park Direct UK Limited is an established private parking management and enforcement company supporting more than 900 clients across residential, commercial and private land. We are looking for an experienced and capable Quality Control and Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Iver.
This is a fully office based role with no remote or hybrid working option.
The Role
The position combines administration, customer service, quality control and operational support within a busy and regulated environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally
- Responding to customer, resident and client enquiries by email
- Managing complaints and difficult conversations calmly and professionally
- Carrying out quality control checks on parking enforcement records
- Reviewing photographic evidence and checking information for accuracy
- Assisting with permit administration and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Liaising with operational teams, clients and managing agents
- Identifying errors, inconsistencies or missing information and taking appropriate action
- Preparing basic reports and supporting general office administration
- Managing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Following company procedures and regulatory requirements

What We Are Looking For
This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone with proven experience who is confident working independently in a busy office environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent and relevant administrative experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience handling complaints or challenging conversations
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, email and database systems
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately
- Reliable and professional approach to work

Driving and Commute
Due to the location of our office, candidates who hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle are preferred. Before applying, please check your journey to Iver, SL0 9ND and ensure you have a realistic and reliable daily commuting arrangement.
