The Role
We are looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join our Belfast team.
You will play an important role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of the leads we deliver to our clients. Working across a range of campaigns, you will review leads against client requirements and pharosIQ quality standards, identify any issues and ensure they are accurately recorded and appropriately escalated.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate leads against client, campaign and pharosIQ quality requirements, including the accuracy and completeness of BANTP information.
- Review lead sheets and supporting recordings to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies or missing information.
- Assess leads and assign the appropriate QC disposition, including rejection or return for rework, in line with agreed quality standards.
- Accurately record QC outcomes and reasons for rejection or rework within Siebel and other relevant systems.
- Escalate significant or recurring quality issues to Brand Managers and Account Managers, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Identify recurring quality issues and trends and contribute to initiatives that improve lead quality and reduce rework.
- Consistently meet agreed quality, accuracy and productivity targets while maintaining a professional and methodical approach.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to interpret detailed requirements and apply them consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to raise quality concerns when required.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet agreed targets.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Desirable
- Experience in quality control, quality assurance, data validation, lead generation, sales operations, customer operations or a similar role.
- Previous QC or QA experience within a sales, contact-centre or lead-generation environment.
- Experience using Siebel or another CRM, lead-management or quality-control system.
