This is a key role responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured across the brand’s European factory base consistently meet its quality, technical, and compliance standards.

Working closely with the Product Development, Production, Design, and Technical teams, you will oversee quality compliance requirements across fabrications, dyes, testing, garment construction, and finishing.

You will act as the principal point of contact for the brand’s manufacturing partners, providing clear technical guidance and ensuring that all factories understand and adhere to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing fabric and garment testing results and identifying areas of risk

  • Conducting regular factory meetings, audits, and spot checks
  • Working particularly closely with manufacturing partners in Turkey
  • Advising factories on corrective actions and improvements
  • Investigating quality issues and implementing preventative measures
  • Ensuring factories comply with relevant European regulations and brand standards
  • Producing clear inspection, testing, and compliance reports
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical and production issues
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of product quality across the supply chain

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar quality-control compliance role within a premium fashion brand.

You will have strong knowledge of fabrics, dyes, garment testing, construction techniques, and factory quality processes. Experience working directly with European and Turkish factories especially would be highly advantageous.

This position will involve frequent factory meetings, visits, and spot checks, particularly in Turkey, so flexibility to travel regularly is essential.

You will be confident, highly organized, and technically knowledgeable, with the ability to communicate expectations clearly and build effective relationships with both factories and internal teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of quality and compliance for a growing premium brand with an established European supply base.
