Quality Control Inspector
Location: Barnsley
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum + Shift Allowance
Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly – 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm
Type: Permanent

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of quality. Manufacturing experience is desirable, but not essential — recent graduates with the right attitude and approach are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play an important role in ensuring products consistently meet the required quality standards and customer expectations.
Working as part of the wider manufacturing and quality team, your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out quality inspections and checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensuring products meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Identifying and reporting quality issues or non-conformances.
- Supporting investigations and corrective actions where required.
- Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
- Working closely with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across the facility.
- Ensuring a strong focus on customer requirements and satisfaction.
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally quality-focused, reliable and motivated, with the confidence to work independently and the willingness to learn.
Manufacturing or quality control experience would be advantageous, but graduates and candidates looking to develop a career within quality are very welcome to apply.
