Quality Control Manager, Kent
Monday:Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (39 hours per week)
Location: Commutable from Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 DOE

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team in a friendly working environment and be responsible for the QC department of the business.
Role And Responsibilities
- Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
- Manage and support the development of the QC team
- Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality

Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role
- Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products
- Strong communicator and decision maker
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills
Desirable
- Internal auditing experience
- Plastics experience
