Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

This role would suit someone who enjoys both people management and problem-solving. You’ll need to be comfortable moving between analysing campaign data, listening to calls, coaching a team, investigating a complaint, speaking with a charity client and identifying ways to improve our processes. Most importantly, you’ll understand that great fundraising and strong compliance go hand in hand. We want someone who can help our teams achieve excellent results while ensuring every supporter interaction is professional, ethical and compliant.

Why Join One Sixty International?

You’ll be joining a growing international organisation with teams across the UK, USA and Asia, working with some of the world’s leading charities. We’re ambitious, people-focused and committed to developing our teams. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an important role within our calling and compliance function and have a direct impact on fundraising performance, supporter experience and campaign quality. If you’re an experienced calling, quality or compliance professional looking for a varied role with real responsibility, we’d love to hear from you.
