About The Role
Pertemps Banbury seeks a Quality Control Operative in Brackley on a full-time, temp-to-perm contract paying £12.71 hourly. Working Monday to Friday, 8:15am until 5:00pm, the successful candidate inspects finished goods, checking every item against required standards. Duties include spotting defects, faults or inconsistencies, then reporting findings to relevant colleagues. A keen eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality output are essential. Applicants should understand customer specifications and uphold company procedures throughout each shift. Immediate start available, with permanent status offered to the right person. Prior inspection or manufacturing experience would prove advantageous for this hands-on position.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Operative to join a well-established company based in Brackley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in producing high-quality work. The position is available for an immediate start, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Inspecting finished products for defects, faults or inconsistencies.
- Identifying and reporting any quality issues to the relevant team members.
- Ensuring products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Completing quality control paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
- Working closely with production teams to help maintain high standards.
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.
- Following all relevant health and safety procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous Quality Control experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- A great eye for detail and the ability to spot even the smallest defects.
- A reliable, hardworking and proactive approach to work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
