This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes real pride in their work, has an exceptional eye for detail and enjoys working methodically to high standards.
Company Description
The primary office for SUSAN CAPLAN is based in North West London. Our business is a globally renowned luxury vintage jewellery brand synonymous with exclusivity and authenticity which we sell in-store and online in over 20 stockists. We have high standards and expectations for our small team, and we work with an aim to highlight the synergy between vintage and contemporary fashion.

Role Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Quality Control & Packing Assistant to support the team with the preparation and fulfilment of customer and, in particular, larger stockist orders.
The primary focus of this role will be quality control, order preparation and meticulous packing. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are checked thoroughly, prepared accurately and packed to the high standards expected by SUSAN CAPLAN.
The role would suit someone who is naturally particular, methodical and detail-oriented. You should take pride in getting things right and be comfortable working carefully and efficiently, particularly when handling larger volumes of jewellery.
There may also be opportunities to support the wider team with general administrative and operational tasks as required.

This is a flexible, part-time, on-site position in Camden Town.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Extremely detail-oriented, meticulous and particular about quality
- Organised, reliable and able to work efficiently without compromising accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their work
- Practical, proactive and able to follow processes consistently
- A team player with an interest in luxury, fashion and vintage jewellery
Previous experience in jewellery, fashion, retail, fulfilment, stock management or a similar role would be advantageous, but a meticulous approach and strong work ethic are most important.
