• Communicate QC decisions to stakeholders and update electronic systems to track stock levels, ensuring compliant materials advance through the supply chain.

Problem Resolution & Containment

• Implement containment procedures for non-compliant materials.
• Execute quarantine protocols in SAP to prevent use or customer delivery.
• Conduct thorough investigations into out-of-specification materials alongside Quality Engineers.

Customer Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain and produce accurate QC documentation (test record sheets, COAs) to confirm material integrity for customers.
• Prepare quality-related records while adhering to regulatory and customer standards.

Training & Collaboration

• Champion quality standards across the QC department.
• Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure product compliance.
• Develop the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
• liaise with cross-functional stakeholders on broader quality improvements.

Flexibility & Scope

• Willingness to work shifts (on a 3-shifts a 3-week rotation basis).
