Quality Control Technician
Location: Norfolk – Dual Site (Attleborough and Wymondham)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Technician to join an established manufacturer within the food supplement sector.
Working alongside the Quality Control & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing supplier approvals and quality documentation
- Reviewing Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
- Managing complaints, non-conformances, and CAPA
- Maintaining document, training, and calibration records
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Updating SOPs and product specifications
- Collecting and reporting quality KPIs
- Investigating quality issues and supporting corrective actions
- Identifying opportunities for process and efficiency improvements
- Supporting GMP, BRC, ISO, and customer audit requirements

About You
We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Quality professional with experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality systems.
- Experience with QMS, CAPA, audits, document control, and quality compliance is essential.
- This is ideal for someone that has been working in a laboratory environment, or perhaps has studied within one. Graduates are welcome to apply.
