Your Mission
Be the final checkpoint that ensures every Newson Gale product is ready to protect people, processes and assets around the world.
- Work safely and confidently with live electrical and mains-powered test equipment, maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Be the final quality checkpoint, identifying and escalating any issues before products leave the factory.
- Support the on-time delivery of customer orders through accurate, efficient and reliable testing.
- Help drive continuous improvement by contributing ideas that enhance product quality, safety and team performance.
How you will make a difference
- Give customers confidence that every product has been thoroughly tested and performs exactly as intended.
- Identify issues before products leave the factory, helping to protect quality and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, quality and the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with colleagues across Production, Engineering and Quality to solve problems and drive improvements.
- Support Newson Gale's mission of helping prevent industrial static hazards in some of the world's most demanding environments.

- Taking pride in producing accurate, high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.
- Following technical instructions and working safely with electrical test equipment and mains-powered systems.
- Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes and helping to find practical solutions.
- Building strong working relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues across the business.
- Holding an electrical, electronic or related technical qualification would be highly beneficial.
