How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will perform both routine and complex quality operations, ensuring compliance with agreed standards.
- Apply specialized quality systems and tools to conduct thorough product checks, tests, and inspections.
- Initiate corrective actions when quality standards are not met, and support root cause investigations.
- Conduct visual analysis and inspections of fiberglass and resin properties, ensuring product integrity.
- Collaborate on quality improvement programs and report findings to quality management.
What You Bring
- Strong manufacturing background including working to controlled specifications
- Experience in digital and component inspections
- Proficiency CTQ (Critical to Quality) examinations, inspections, and evaluations
- Experience with statistical data and tolerance analysis
- Visual aids and preparation for production experience
- Proactive and action-oriented. You will actively seek what you need to complete your tasks
- Able to work 12hr shift patterns that includes nights and some weekends. (You would normally work an average of 40.25 hours per week)
- Live within a 30 mile radius of the factory
