Your future job

To maintain high-quality standards within production, ensuring all responsibilities are completed professionally, efficiently, and accurately. The role will manage administrative duties, maintain accurate and reliable business data, and support the smooth operation of production through effective organisation, attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to quality. Working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Excellent organisational, administrative, communication, and inter-personal skills.
  • Inquisitive personality with desire to learn.
  • Logical approach to investigating variances and anomalies.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient level of numeracy with a keen approach to data accuracy.
  • Hardworking with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team player who can work with others to achieve company goals.
  • Self-motivated to question and query anomalies with the initiative to improve systems accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, essential advanced excel skills, plus power automate, and forms.
  • ERP systems experience, SAP knowledge.
  • Experience in PowerBI reporting.
  • Experience of desktop publishing software.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Data entry: Ensure all current production reports are kept up to date with relevant information and generate any new reports that may be required.
  • Work within Unilin’s ethos and standards.
  • Responsible for the administration and upkeep of documentation records relating to our quality control/ISO system requirements, which incorporates our internal audit schedule and CAPA log to ensure we maintain our conformance with ISO standards.
  • Participate in quality control activities on current and warehouse production.
  • Participate in ISO internal audits as required.
  • Support the Quality Manager in preparation for monthly internal reports and biannual ISO audits.
  • Manage ISO activity log related to site.
  • Assist and support other managers in gathering data and generating reports related to production.
  • Team player within the production office, supporting where possible, building a supportive working environment.
  • Must be fully flexible with working hours.
  • Actively participate in learning opportunities that assist development.
  • Undertake any other tasks appropriate to this position, as requested.
  • Be the understudy to the Quality Manager.
