Quality Coordinator
Location: Grimsby
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, core hours 9:00am - 3:00pm with flexible working available between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Due to the site location (very close to the motorway) applicants must have access to their own vehicle.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Quality Coordinator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Grimsby. This is a varied role supporting the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring documentation is maintained accurately, customer requirements are met, and quality records remain compliant and easily accessible. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and the wider quality team to support continuous improvement and quality assurance activities across the business.
This position would suit someone with experience in quality coordination, compliance, document control, or quality administration within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Ensure quality records are accurate, up to date, and easily retrievable.
- Coordinate customer incident investigations and maintain associated records.
- Analyse quality-related data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce certification and quality documentation to meet customer requirements.
- Support internal quality processes and administrative activities.
- Assist with audits and compliance activities.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Support the wider Quality team with general coordination and administration duties.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within a quality, compliance, document control, quality administration, or coordination role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong administration and record management experience.
- The ability to communicate confidently with colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and methodical approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
Desirable Experience
Whilst not essential, applications are particularly welcomed from candidates with experience of:
- Working with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Coordinating or supporting ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
- Internal auditing or compliance activities.
- Manufacturing, engineering, or other regulated environments.
- Quality documentation, certification, or customer complaint processes.
