Quality Coordinator

Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating and maintaining quality management processes across multiple workstreams. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and project requirements through the management of quality documentation, inspections, testing activities, audits, and non-conformance processes. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and customers, you will help drive continuous improvement, support quality assurance and quality control activities, and promote a strong quality culture to ensure project deliverables consistently meet customer and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspections, testing activities, and quality documentation to ensure project deliverables meet agreed specifications and customer expectations.
  • Assist with quality assurance and quality control activities, including audits, compliance checks, inspections, and document reviews.
  • Manage quality records and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, ensuring information is traceable and audit-ready.
  • Support the administration of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality reporting, helping to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor subcontractor quality compliance through document reviews, inspections, and performance tracking, ensuring quality requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Analyse quality data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities, support decision-making, and enhance project outcomes.
  • Work closely with engineering, construction, operations, and customer teams to resolve quality issues and promote a positive quality culture across projects.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of handover documentation to support the successful completion and close-out of projects.
  • Communicate quality requirements and technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all quality-related activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
