Position overview:

The Quality Coordinator will manage a Team of Quality Controllers to ensure customers' expectations are met through a detailed Quality Control Plan, ensuring daily compliance is met. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this role will also provide cover during the Quality Manager's absence for both internal and external quality matters.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Quality standards are adhered to from the Global Quality Control Plan
  • Support the Plant's external compliancy of ISO90001,14001, 45001 & BRCGS
  • Support, manage and develop a Team of Quality Controllers to ensure a high-class product for all of our customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Quality, collaborating with internal departments
  • Support RCA (root cause analysis) for all Quality KPI’s non-conformances through RCA, A3 & 8D’s
  • Develop department Team identifying training requirements, mentoring, coaching & setting SMART performance goals.
  • Ensure all Quality documents are maintained & reviewed through the QMS system.
  • Drive new Quality innovations, working with Suppliers, testing & managing installations.
  • Responsible for internal and external audits

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the food, automotive, or aerospace industries (mandatory)
  • Previous experience managing a team (mandatory)
  • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools (mandatory)
  • Engineering qualification (preferred)
  • Experience with ISO standards and PSI (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
  • Ability to identify weaknesses, drive improvements, and lead positive change within a team

Working hours:

  • Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
