Quality Culture Manager

Location: Graham’s Bakery, Dromore
Reporting to: Head of Technical

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Quality Culture Manager to strengthen food safety and quality ownership across our manufacturing operation.

This is a highly visible, shop-floor-focused role. You will work closely with colleagues, supervisors and managers across Bakehouse, Decoration and Packing to turn technical standards into clear, practical everyday behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embed a strong food safety and quality culture across the site.
  • Maintain a visible presence within production through regular quality walks.
  • Coach supervisors, team leaders and Quality Auditors to identify issues, escalate concerns and sustain corrective actions.
  • Promote a “Quality at Source” and Right First Time approach.
  • Lead root cause analysis for significant and recurring quality issues.
  • Analyse trends in complaints, defects, rework, GMP performance and non-conformances.
  • Support Lean and continuous improvement activities.
  • Strengthen operational ownership of GMP standards.
  • Support the Quality Management System, BRCGS and customer audit readiness.
  • Assist with HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, internal audits and corrective actions.
  • Drive reductions in complaints, repeat issues, waste and rework.
