Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Our Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is an important part of our development process, delivering relevant insights that support our game teams to improve software performance and enhance gameplay. Their dedicated efforts ensure that we deliver modern entertainment experiences that captivate and inspire players and fans globally.

You will act as a feature owner and subject matter expert for key team deliverables, enhancing the gameplay experience by integrating new technologies and driving test automation as well as process improvements within the QV operations.

Responsibilities

  • Re-establish senior onsite Quality Verification leadership in Manchester by owning feature and live-service quality strategy, embedding risk-based quality input earlier in planning, production, feature development, and release-readiness decisions, and strengthening product-health visibility through reporting and analytics.
  • Reinforce the Manchester–Hyderabad operating model by improving context sharing, aligning expectations and standards, partnering with Hyderabad Engineering on automation, AI-enabled workflows and scalable tooling, and mentoring contributors across both locations to build a more analytics-driven quality culture.
  • Be involved in an extensive hands-on testing routine to ensure full knowledge of the title under test at all times and be prepared to extend immediate testing requirements to the local development team.
  • Designing and executing advanced manual and automated test suites that provide extensive coverage across your areas of responsibility.
  • Interpreting product-level data and adapting existing metrics or KPIs to continuously raise quality requirements.
  • Building advanced, accurate reports leveraging multiple data sources to deliver targeted insights to project stakeholders.
  • Taking a data-driven approach to test prioritization, basing decisions on live patterns, telemetry, and unique product factors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
