As we grow so does our team. We’re looking for a Quality Dispense Technician to join our team.
We are looking for a practical person, who enjoys problem solving and wants to offer exceptional customer service, no previous experience is required as full training will be provided. The role is full time and permanent, it will involve varying shift patterns so flexibility is a must.

What will I be doing?
As a Quality Dispense Technician your priority is to ensure every pint is perfect. You will be assigned a territory where you will be responsible for all the installs, repairs and maintenance of our Thatchers Cider dispense equipment across licensed premises on your patch.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, we are looking for someone who has practical skills, customer service experience and an ability to problem solve. As a remote worker you will need to have excellent time management skill, be able to organise your own diary, be self-motivated and want to go the extra mile to provide exceptional service to our customers and be as passionate about Thatchers Cider as we are.
As a Quality Dispense Technician, we will provide you with a fully expensed company van with all the tools and kit needed to be able to do your role successfully. As well as a full training programme to help you excel in the role.

What skills do I need?
- Be thorough, with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to efficiently prioritise workload and multitask.
- Can work independently and with minimal supervision, whilst upholding the standards required by the business.
- A team player, capable of interacting with a varied customer base.
- Basic IT skills - this role involves working with tablets/internal systems.
- Have a desire to develop your knowledge and understanding and eager to make the most of opportunities to do so.
