Job Title:

Quality Engineer (12-Month FTC)

Work Schedule:

Onsite – Tewkesbury, GBR

We’re looking for a dynamic Quality Engineer on a contract basis (fixed Term 12-Months) to lead non-conformance management and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities. This role focuses on hands-on problem solving on the shop floor, driving product-integrity investigations, implementing corrective plans, and liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation. The position also includes systems administration tasks, so strong IT skills — particularly Excel — are essential. Solid drawing interpretation is required as well as determination to get the job done.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead non-conformance management and RCCA for all PRB* reported lines.
  • Liaise with production, engineering, supply chain, wider quality team and receiving inspection to agree actions and track closure.
  • Provide hands-on support to resolve defects and prevent recurrence.
  • Manage and maintain quality systems and records (including system admin duties).
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and support management of non-conforming parts in the PRB room
  • Conduct product measurement and inspection

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
