We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Quality Engineer to support all aspects of the Quality function across manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, covering both current production and new project introduction.
The Quality Engineer will:
- Be instrumental in the introduction of brand new projects with a luxury vehicle manufacturer, supporting with the production of vehicle parts.
- Deliver quality support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing production to enhance performance and reliability.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain key quality documentation, including Certificates of Conformity and control plans.
- Lead quality investigations using structured problem-solving tools such as the 8D process.

The Quality Engineer will have:
- Background in quality engineering within Civils/Industrial manufacturing (automotive or non-automotive is also suitable).
- Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, and core tools such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D.
- Knowledge of vehicle trim and automotive parts manufacturing is ideal.
- Familiarity with quality standards including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
