Quality Engineer - Test Management Location: 2 to 3 days in either London, Manchester, Leicester, Hursley, Glasgow or Edinburgh Day Rate: £466.70 a day via Umbrella company Duration: 6 months
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer - Test Management professional to join a high-profile Government programme. This role offers the opportunity to lead quality assurance and testing activities across complex projects, ensuring robust delivery standards and maintaining quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end test management activities across project delivery.
- Define and implement quality assurance strategies and testing approaches.
- Manage test planning, execution, reporting, and defect governance.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance on quality risks and mitigation activities.
- Ensure testing activities align with project objectives and delivery timelines.
