Quality Engineer
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support quality assurance activities across customers, suppliers, and internal manufacturing teams.
If you enjoy solving complex engineering problems and getting to the root cause of issues, this Quality Engineer role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with products, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Working Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–12:00 (Flexi Working)

Job Description
- Act as the main quality contact for customers, managing requirements, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis using structured methods (e.g. 8D).
- Support internal teams with quality data analysis and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO9001 and AS9100.
- Conduct internal, supplier, and external audits, ensuring actions are completed and closed out.
- Support product and process development, including APQP, PPAP, and continuous improvement activities.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ experience in a quality role.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and quality systems.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work both independently and within teams.
