About The Role

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in automotive or motorsport engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software such as CAD, MATLAB, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities
- Developing and analyzing technical designs.
- Supporting prototype development.
- Conducting rigorous testing to validate performance.
- Maintaining documentation of engineering processes and results.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborating with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
