Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and providing strategic advice.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
