About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Sales Executive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, engaging with a diverse client base to promote and sell Eurocell’s extensive range of building products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing expert advice on our product offerings. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction and building materials industry. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Eurocell Group PLC.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of PVC-U and aluminum products is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within designated territories are essential.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction and building sectors to expand the company's customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide expert advice and technical support to clients regarding Eurocell’s product range, specifications, and applications.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals for the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Eurocell’s brand and products.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the organization.
