Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in the fueling or related technology industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, project management, and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the development, testing, and deployment of fueling solutions and related products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, product specifications, and compliance standards.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product performance.
