About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Agent to join our team on a contract basis at our Biggin Hill location. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and improving supplier performance to ensure the quality and reliability of aerospace components and systems. You will take ownership of production disruptions related to suppliers, lead problem-solving activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective actions. Your expertise will help maintain operational stability and uphold the rigorous quality standards that Verify Europe is known for. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in quality assurance, problem-solving methodologies, and aerospace regulations to contribute significantly to our clients’ success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Over five years of experience in a technical or quality-related field, such as technical documentation, technical writing, website development, or related areas.
- A strong proficiency in data collection, analysis, and program tracking.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience in organizing and delivering training sessions, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in writing policies and procedures, managing related projects, and documentation mapping.
- A solid understanding of regulatory quality systems, including TCCA and FAA standards.
- Possession of a Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred, highlighting a commitment to process excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities such as 8D and RCCA, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify root causes and develop long-term corrective actions.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to verify their effectiveness and ensure closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to restore operational stability and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Organize and support various Quality Assurance activities, including project management, monthly reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive records of supplier performance, quality metrics, and corrective actions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory standards such as TCCA and FAA requirements, integrating these into supplier quality processes.
- Participate in benchmarking activities and documentation mapping to optimize quality systems and procedures.
