About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of engineering principles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of engineering solutions that meet our clients’ expectations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management within an engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring all phases adhere to project timelines and budgets
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, and monitor progress regularly
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project issues proactively
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and any deviations from initial plans
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate between different teams to ensure seamless workflow and information sharing
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution
- Manage procurement activities and oversee the timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for projects
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project activities, changes, and approvals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects
