Quality Engineer (Aerospace)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Benefits + Office based + Early Friday finish

Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

Are you a Quality Engineer looking to take ownership of quality across a technically diverse manufacturing environment, where you can play a key role in improving processes and maintaining high industry standards, while benefiting from an autonomous role and an early Friday finish?

Established in the 1970s, this company has built a strong reputation for delivering precision engineering solutions across the aerospace, defence and energy sectors. With continued growth and a multi-million-pound turnover, they are now looking to strengthen their quality function to support an increasing workload.

In this varied role, you will take responsibility for a range of quality activities across the manufacturing operation. You will develop and maintain control plans, inspection plans and test documentation, conduct internal audits against AS9100 requirements, and support the investigation and resolution of NCRs and corrective actions. You will also have the opportunity to conduct supplier audits, helping to maintain quality standards throughout the wider supply chain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
