About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products, processes, and customer experience consistently meet the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is motivated by identifying issues, implementing solutions, and driving meaningful improvements across the business.
As a Quality Engineer, you will take ownership of customer quality concerns, leading investigations into product and process issues, and driving robust root cause analysis to identify effective, long-term corrective actions. You will serve as a key technical point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and building strong working relationships that support quality excellence and customer satisfaction.

A significant part of the role will involve acting as a customer-facing representative during customer visits, audits, and performance reviews. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure confidence in our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels will be essential in maintaining and strengthening key relationships across our business.
What We’re Looking for in Our Quality Engineer:
- Preferably degree level of education in mechanical engineering or relevant proven experience within a Quality Environment
- Ability to liaise with the whole supply channel from manufacturers to the end customer
- Ability to use measuring equipment (Vernier, Micrometer, Shadowgraph, etc.), record results, and produce clear reports
- Experience working to ISO 9001 standards
- High standard of communication skills and ability to converse at all levels
- Sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems, in particular auditing
- Knowledge of industrial transportation standards, lean methodology, tools such as 8D, Fishbone, 5Y’s, FMEA’s, Flow Charts, Control Plans, etc., would be advantageous
- Conversant with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Customer and supplier focused, driven to provide a consistent high level of service

What to Expect from Our Recruitment Process:

- Face-to-face interview either in-person or Microsoft Teams
