If you're passionate about raising software quality from the inside out, this is a great opportunity to lead testing thinking and turn quality standards into real outcomes. Hiring for a reputed client, you'll help ensure releases meet the bar whilst working in a flexible London/remote set-up for an initial 12-month contract.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define test strategy, approach, and clear quality standards
- Set expectations for what "good" looks like and align teams to deliver against it
- Lead and/or guide full-cycle testing to support robust release decisions
- Contribute to building confidence in changes through structured quality practices

What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in test leadership, including defining strategy and quality standards
- A methodical, quality-first mindset with the ability to make testing practical and actionable
- Ability to work comfortably in fullstack delivery environments and collaborate effectively across teams
- Clear communication skills to explain testing decisions, risks, and quality outcomes
