We are seeking a Quality Engineer to become a key technical expert within our global quality organisation.

Why This Role Is Exciting

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead reliability engineering activities for cutting-edge products
  • Shape product validation strategies and qualification programmes
  • Drive complex failure investigations that influence future product designs
  • Analyse manufacturing and field performance data to identify reliability improvements
  • Partner with engineering, R&D, manufacturing and quality teams globally
  • Influence critical decisions during product launches, manufacturing transfers and customer qualifications
  • Create data-driven reliability models and predictive insights that shape business strategy

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading reliability validation and qualification activities
  • Designing and executing accelerated life testing programmes
  • Performing failure investigations and root cause analysis
  • Developing reliability models and performance dashboards
  • Supporting NPI and manufacturing transfer initiatives
  • Driving corrective actions to improve reliability and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting customer audits and technical reviews
