About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and employment offers.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during recruitment activities.
