Are you a Quality Engineer or similar looking to join a well-established growing business offering amazing work-life balance where you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement?

This role would suit a Quality Engineer or similar with experience in manufacturing, knowledge of ISO standards, and a passion for continuous improvement who is looking for a great work-life balance.

In this role, the successful candidate will lead quality assurance activities across production, manage audits, drive corrective actions, support health & safety initiatives, and work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards.

The Role:

  • Leading quality assurance and product conformity throughout production
  • Managing quality audits and maintaining ISO 9001 & 14001 standards
  • Great Work-Life balance
  • Rotating shift pattern: one week Friday off the next Friday is a half day
  • Supporting HSE activities including risk assessments and safety compliance

The Person:

  • Quality Engineer or similar background
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 compliances
  • Knowledge of PPAP, DFMA, IPC wiring standards, Six Sigma, or similar (Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
