Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding processes.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and labor market conditions to advise clients effectively.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the CRM system for tracking progress and reporting purposes.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
