DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is thrilled to announce a new Contract Logistics launch in Topoľčany, Slovakia!
Join us in shaping quality excellence as Quality Engineer.
You will help translate customer quality requirements into effective processes, controls, and ways of working that support a successful launch and long-term operational performance.
Working closely with operational and support teams, you will support the implementation of DP World’s Quality policies, procedures, and standards across the site. You will also help ensure compliance with ISO certifications, applicable legislation, customer expectations, and company requirements, while contributing to continuous-improvement initiatives that strengthen quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Salary range: 21.553 – 28.070 Euro Gross per year

Your Responsibilities:
- Leading the implementation of the site Quality strategy in alignment with regional and global frameworks.
- Aligning quality practices with corporate policies, customer requirements, ISO 9001, and applicable local legislation.
- Advising site leadership and operational teams on process ownership, quality risks, and consistent operational discipline.
- Embedding a quality culture focused on customer satisfaction, compliance, standardisation, and operational excellence.
- Implementing quality controls, process standards, and effective risk-mitigation measures across site operations.
- Investigating quality incidents and non-conformances through robust root-cause analysis and timely corrective-action closure.
- Monitoring quality performance through KPIs, customer metrics, service-level agreements, audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Maintaining accurate quality documentation, controls, management systems, digital tools, and supporting records.
- Translating customer quality requirements into practical site processes, controls, and measurable service expectations.
- Driving continuous-improvement initiatives that strengthen service quality, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and process consistency.
- Building quality capability and ownership across site teams through coaching, training, technical support, and data-led improvement activities.
- Representing the site as the primary Quality contact while collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, and external auditors.

Your Profile:
- Completed higher education studies in a Technical field (Logistics, Engineering, etc.) would be ideal.
- Proven quality experience within logistics, Contract Logistics, manufacturing, or another operational or industrial environment.
- Holding a recognised Quality qualification, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, or an equivalent certification.
- A strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and relevant industry standards.
- Ability to manage non-conformances through structured investigation, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and effective follow-up.
- Ability to drive continuous-improvement initiatives that strengthen process performance, service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adeptly influence site leadership and build trusted, collaborative relationships across operational and support functions.
- Strong operational awareness and the ability to translate Quality requirements into practical site-level controls.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills to assess issues, identify risks, and develop sustainable solutions.
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, auditors, and business partners.
- High level of attention to detail, process discipline, and accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Remaining resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused while managing changing priorities, operational challenges, and site-launch requirements.
