Quality / Goods-In Inspector x 4
We are seeking 4 Quality Inspectors / Goods-in Inspectors to be based on-site supporting a customer program in Gloucester. The desired candidate's will have previous experience in working in an Aerospace Inspection role, performing inspection to engineering drawings, customer purchase order, industry standards and specifications.
Quality / Goods-In Inspector Requirement
- Inspection of mechanical products to confirm compliance to drawing and customer specification requirements.
- Identify and record any non-conformances, ensuring a detailed report on what the requirement should have been, what was found and detail any supporting drawing specifications.
- Quality / Goods-In Inspector will support containment activity once a non-conformance is identified, by locating and quarantining all parts.

Quality / Goods-In Inspector Responsibilities
- Quality / Goods-In Inspector must have a minimum of 3-years previous experience within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on inspection experience, using various mechanical inspection tools, such as micrometers and calipers.
- Quality / Goods-In Inspector will have Knowledge / experience of AS9100 standards highly advantageous.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise workload, and meet stringent deadlines.

Rate: £28.00 an hour (Inside IR35)
